Sitting Alone~(Gabriella)

So Craig had survived his first week at school in America, so it had it's ups and downs. Craig was actually starting to like it. Well, except for Markus everything was fine. He'd made alot of good friends and was starting to get to know his way around. He'd only got lost once that day!

Crystal eyes scanned the cafetiria for a seat to sit in. His eyes rested on an empty table which seemed the most tempting offer. He pulled out a chair and sat down. Chey had warned him about the school meals here so he had taken her advice. He pulled out a small paper bag containing his lunch and began to eat. Then he felt a presence next to him...

Gabriella came out of the queue carrying a tray, her eyes scanned the cafeteria, usually she would see a table full of her friends but most of them had got detention. She sighed..... she saw Craig and smiled. She walked over to him putting her tray on the table. "Think you made the right choice there." SHe smiled sitting down. "Bringing your own food, better than that." She pointed to the plate on her tray.

Seeing Gabriella Craig smiled. They'd met when Craig had, uh..well tried to get into her locker instead of his won. Simple mistake right? Just rather embarrising! He laughed lightly at her comment and nodded.
"It helps when one or two people point you in the right direction! So how you doing Gabriella?" she was also new so the two of them could understand each other quite easily.

"This week had definatly been better than last week." She smiled. She had only started a week before craig had but then she was only known as the new girl now she was just Gabriella plus she had made alot of friends. "First week at a new school.... never good." She smiled weakly "How was your first week? not tried to get in my locker again?" She asked with a grin, she liked to wind him up about that, but he knew she was kidding.

He knew he'd never llive the locker fiasco down now. He just wouldn't...
"Well, maybe once or twice!" He grinned at her playfully. "Well, my first weeks been better than I expected actually." then he added, "except for the guys who have egos the size of the planet!" He was only referring to one person in particular but he knew he was sure to run into more.

"Theres one certain one that springs to mind. Sharpay Evans, She's the president of the drama club along with her brother Ryan. She gets the lead in like every musical, Also known as the ice princess here everyone's scared of her." She sighed taking a drink of her bottled water.

Craig shrugged, he had never even heard the name mentioned before but by Gabriella's description he seemed quite lucky.
